Robin Zeidel is Featured Speaker at Female Founders in Hospitality Inaugural Summit

Robin Zeidel, the founder of Zeidel & Associates and one of the founding steering committee members of the global network Female Founders in Hospitality, recently spoke at FFiH’s inaugural summit in New York City on March 5, 2026. Her one-hour panel, entitled “Systems that Scale,” was focused on actionable takeaways for entrepreneurs to address the foundations of solid legal and human resources systems. She was joined by Sarah Diehl, founder of Empowered Hospitality, and the panel was moderated by Lee Gonzalez of L&L Hospitality, FFiH steering committee member. Robin stressed the importance of foundational protections such as forming an entity for liability protection, reading and negotiating contracts, securing insurance coverage, and documenting investor commitments from friends and family.

FFiH was founded in 2022 and has grown to over 200 members.
