Marcia S. Helbling plays a pivotal role in all aspects of the firm’s practice. She is an experienced transactional attorney who is especially skilled at drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including vendor, licensing, and advertising contracts, leases and hotel-related agreements, operational and management agreements, and design and construction contracts.

Marcia brings Big Law experience to Zeidel & Associates. Having worked in the Real Estate Group at national Am Law 200 law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, she handled a broad range of transactions including financing, leasing, sales and acquisitions, and construction. Over the years, Marcia has represented organizations of all kinds including cooperative housing corporations and condominium associations – for some of the most prestigious addresses in New York City – for which she has extensive experience drafting corporate documents, including bylaws, proprietary leases and rules and regulations. She also provided advice and counsel on all aspects of their day-to-day operations including shareholder disputes and management issues.

Marcia’s real estate experience dates back to the beginning of her legal career with Rosenberg & Estis, PC, where she handled real estate litigation in New York City, regularly appearing in New York state courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Active in her community, Marcia is a member of the New York State Bar Association and volunteers with several nonprofit boards in Westchester County.
