We Welcome Tracie H. Cohen

Zeidel & Associates P.C. welcomes Tracie H. Cohen as Senior Counsel, who will focus on all aspects of the firm’s practice.
Ms. Cohen has experience handling a wide variety of commercial transactions, primarily focused on commercial office, restaurant and retail leasing, financings, hospitality, and purchases and sales of commercial property, and has practiced for Moses & Singer LLP in New York City and Paul Hastings LLP, primarily in its Tokyo, Japan office.  She lives in Westchester County, New York with her family where she is an active member of the executive committee, on the Board of The Picture House Regional Film Center.  We are proud to have her join us.
