Zeidel & Associates Represents the Owner of New Ground Up Development in Bozeman, Montana

Montana-based real estate investment and development company Virga Capital has opened the Home2 Suites by Hilton – Bozeman Four Corners, a ground up 100-key development.

Zeidel & Associates was retained by Virga Capital to negotiate its second hotel management agreement with Resolute Road Hospitality, following their previous management contract for the Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West in Idaho. The firm was able to help the parties to efficiently complete this transaction based on their experience negotiating the prior contract, while addressing operational issues that arose in the interim. The parties hope to continue to sign future deals together.

Virga relied on and appreciated Zeidel & Associates’ experience in the hospitality area of the law as it expands its holdings further into this sector.
