Zeidel & Associates Represents Sentral in Securing Sentral Gaslamp Quarter

Zeidel & Associates represented Sentral in its recent expansion into San Diego, negotiating a property management agreement for a new property: Sentral Gaslamp Quarter, a luxury building with 135 designer-furnished transient units. This assignment arrived at the beginning of December, with Sentral hoping to execute a property management agreement before year end.

The firm rose to the challenge – first updating Sentral’s own property management agreement, and then working with Sentral to incorporate the business terms on an expedited basis. The parties were able to finalize and execute the agreement as of December 31, and the property is slated to open in March.

The firm is continuing to negotiate additional agreements for new Sentral locations.
