Zeidel & Associates Represents Major Food Group in Bellagio Las Vegas Agreement

Zeidel & Associates is pleased to announce its representation of Major Food Group (MFG) in connection with a license and consulting agreement with MGM Resorts International for the upcoming launch of CARBONE Riviera, its new seafood dining concept set to debut in Fall 2025 at the former Picasso restaurant space at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

The arrangement is modeled on prior successful agreements between the parties, including Sadelle’s at the Bellagio and Carbone at the ARIA Resort & Casino. However, the prior deals were structured differently than this new project, particularly in terms of the economics and operational responsibilities. The firm was responsible to carefully analyze the prior agreements to determine which provisions were appropriate for the new concept, and finalize the new agreement accordingly with MGM.
