Zeidel & Associates Facilitates Sentral’s Expansion into Nashville

Following the successful completion of agreements for Sentral’s new locations in Las Vegas and Portland, OR, Zeidel & Associates represented Sentral in its recent expansion into Nashville, negotiating property management agreements for 34-story Everett and 35-story Emory, the two residential towers to be developed at Nashville Yards, a 19-acre mixed-use community with Class A+ office, retail, entertainment, hospitality, and residential towers. Selected after a competitive process, Sentral agreed to work with the owner’s form of PMA, rather than Sentral’s own form. Our team supported Sentral’s navigation of the challenges presented by the owner’s form while Sentral was pressured to accommodate a tight deadline to complete the transaction. Our team was proud to help Sentral work through its areas of concern with the ownership team in an efficient and expedited manner.
