Zeidel & Associates Assists Mack Real Estate Group’s Development of New Seattle Multi-Family Project

Zeidel & Associates has assisted longtime client Mack Real Estate Group, a vertically integrated, institutional real estate developer, operator, investor, and lender, with the completion of Swell, its newest 200 unit multi-family asset in Yesler Terrace, Seattle. Over several years, the firm handled numerous pre-design, design and construction contracts for this project. These included contracts with vendors for various investigation and testing services, such as geotechnical testing, shoring surveying and leakage monitoring; the architectural services agreement; pre-construction and construction contracts; and retention of an artist and manufacturer to create unique murals at the property. The firm is proud to support Mack at the Swell and at a variety of other residential, retail and industrial projects across the U.S.
