Zeidel & Associates has assisted longtime client Dovetail + Co., an owner/developer of hotels with award-winning design, with the hotel management agreement for its newest concept: Now Now NoHo, a design-forward sleeper cabin hotel at 338 Bowery in New York City specifically designed for solo travelers. The firm worked with the owner to finalize a hotel management agreement for the self-operation of this 180-unit property, that balanced the needs of the management company with those of the ownership entity and its various investors and reflected the unique characteristics of this operation and relationships. The firm has continued to assist the company with hotel management agreements across its property portfolio.
