The ABA GPSolo Division Publishes Second and Third Installments of Robin Zeidel’s Hotel Basics Article

The ABA Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division (GPSolo) eReport published parts two and three of Robin Zeidel’s article “Hotels: Basics for the Real Estate Practitioner.” They highlight 17 factors (1-8 in part 2 and 9-17 in part 3) that real estate practitioners should consider when buying or selling a hotel asset. These transactions present complexities related to the operation of the business in addition to the usual real estate–related issues.
