Robin Zeidel to Speak at the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law 2025 Midwinter Meeting

Robin Zeidel, founder and principal of Zeidel & Associates, will speak at the upcoming American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law 2025 Midwinter Meeting on January 17, 2025, in Tampa, Florida. The meeting, focused on the concerns of owners and developers, is titled Maximizing Returns: Proven Strategies for Project Owners and Developers. Robin will be co-presenting the plenary session Post Construction / Operations and Maintenance of a Completed Project, along with Mike Koger of Perkins & Will. The session will focus on alternatives for maintenance forms of contract, consideration of maintenance issues during design, and how lawyers can support the owner’s operations and asset management team.

This ABA program will focus on critical issues that owners and developers need to consider and have in their execution “playbooks” to set their projects up for success –  and will be a premier event for attorneys representing owners and developers on construction projects.
