Robin Zeidel Presents “Hot Topic” Session to the ABA Construction Forum

Robin Zeidel, the founder of Zeidel & Associates P.C., recently presented a 30-minute “Hot Topic” session on “Operations & Maintenance Agreements” to the American Bar Association Construction Forum Division 2.

Robin will be speaking in more detail on this topic at the Forum’s Mid-Winter 2025 Meeting, entitled “Owning It: Drawing up the Owner Playbook for Successful Projects” and addressed the following topics with the Division:

• How does the owner operate and maintain its new capital asset to maximize its value and longevity?
• Maintenance as an essential part of the lifecycle
• Supporting varying degrees of skill sets and expertise on the ownership team
• Strategies for the contracting process
• Pros and cons of various contract forms for maintenance

The session was followed by a short question-and-answer period.
