Robin Zeidel Presents “Hot Topic” Session to the ABA Construction Forum

Robin Zeidel, the founder of Zeidel & Associates P.C., recently presented a 30-minute “Hot Topic” session on “Unique and Special Aspects of Hotel Construction” to the American Bar Association Construction Forum Division 12.

Robin, who focuses her practice on hospitality, construction and commercial leasing, covered these topics:

• Owning the design elements of the hotel
• The importance of furniture, fixtures, & equipment (FF&E)
• Geographic scope and associated risks
• Waivers of consequential damages/limits on liability

The session was followed by a short question-and-answer period.
