Real Estate Backstage Pass: Community Impact and Live Music
Robin Zeidel co‑chaired UJA Westchester’s Business & Professional Division annual Real Estate Group event on February 11, 2026, and was joined by Marcia Helbling of the firm for an evening that combined real estate insight, cultural engagement, and community impact.
The program featured a private backstage tour of the historic Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York. Attendees also received an update on the ongoing development of Port Chester from Nick Williams, Founder of the St. Katherine Group, and Jake Borden of Six Acre Capital. The evening concluded with a concert at Garcia’s, a small venue adjacent to the theater, featuring Workingman’s Jed, a Grateful Dead cover band.
In addition to professional networking and programming, the event highlighted the important work of UJA‑Federation of New York, including its efforts to combat antisemitism, enhance security for Jewish institutions, support Israel, and assist vulnerable New Yorkers throughout the region.
