Major Food Group Partners on the Ra Ra Room at the Phoenix Suns’ Footprint Center

Longstanding client Major Food Group asked Zeidel & Associates to assist with a letter of intent and the definitive agreements for Major Food Group’s involvement in a new premium members club venue with the operator of the Footprint Center, home of the Phoenix Suns. As part of this arrangement, the firm negotiated agreements to document the consulting services that Major Food Group would provide, including guidance and advice on food and beverage offerings at the club, such as wine lists, beverage program, and gourmet snack menu, along with a license to use and offer at the club certain proprietary recipes and menu offerings of Major Food Group and to associate the club as a Major Food Group venue. In negotiating these agreements, the firm was mindful of protecting Major Food Group’s proprietary information and intellectual property, in view of the arena operator’s involvement in venue operations.

The Ra Ra Room is MFG’s first Phoenix location, but its second venue within a sports venue, in addition to the Crown Club at Barclays Center, in Brooklyn, New York, which the firm also handled.
