Major Food Group Expands Presence at Aria Resort & Casino with New Agreements for Carbone and Parm
Major Food Group has strengthened its culinary footprint at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas by signing two significant agreements for its renowned restaurants, Carbone and Parm, with representation by Zeidel & Associates.
Carbone: Extended Management Agreement
The first agreement, an amendment to the original management agreement, extends the tenure of Carbone, the iconic Italian American restaurant that has been a staple at the Aria since 2015. This extension solidifies Carbone’s presence in the hotel, continuing its tradition of offering guests a memorable dining experience with its classic dishes and upscale ambiance.
Parm: New Licensing Agreement for a Fresh Concept
The second agreement introduces Parm to Aria’s Proper Eats Food Hall through a licensing arrangement between the food hall operator and Major Food Group. Parm, a fast-casual mini-chain celebrated for its Italian American cuisine, brings its unique flavors and approachable dining style to a broader audience within the bustling environment of the food hall.
