Firm Advises MML Hospitality in Driskill Hotel F&B Partnership

Our firm was pleased to represent MML Hospitality in its recent engagement to re-concept and operate the food and beverage outlets at the historic Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas. As part of Hyatt’s Unbound Collection, the Driskill is undergoing a significant culinary transformation.

Tracie Cohen led our team in advising MML Hospitality on the pre-opening and management agreements, guiding the negotiation and documentation of this strategic partnership with the hotel. This transaction marked MML’s first multi-outlet hotel partnership, and we were pleased to provide strategic guidance on the unique operational and structural considerations that come with managing within a hotel context. MML is set to launch several new food and beverage concepts at the property, with Chef April Bloomfield overseeing culinary development.
