She also represented some of New York City’s most prestigious cooperative housing corporations and condominium associations, where she gained significant experience in drafting corporate governance documents and provided general counsel on day-to-day operational issues.

Marcia began her legal career at Rosenberg & Estis, PC, where she focused on real estate litigation in New York City, appearing regularly in state courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
