Representing the owner of a resort in the retention of the entire design and construction team in connection with a full hotel renovation.
Representing the owner of a resort in its retention of a design/build contractor to upgrade its reverse osmosis water system.
Representing the owner of a hotel in developing a new public artwork program and the commissioning of new original artwork for installation.
Representing the purchaser of an urban hotel with respect to its investigation by the Department of Justice as regards ADA compliance matters.
Sales and Acquisitions:
Representing a prospective purchaser of the promissory note secured by an urban hotel in connection with its diligence investigations.

Representing the owner of a boutique hotel in connection with the drafting and negotiation of a food and beverage management agreement covering all F&B facilities and services.

Representing a retail tenant in connection with the negotiation of a ten year lease extension and store renovation in downtown Manhattan.
